You will receive an email notification whenever a solicitor bids on your case. To view the details of bids:
When you receive a bid you can either accept or reject it.
To post a case users are required to provide their personal contact details as well as information about their legal requirements. With the exception of the user’s first name, the personal contact details provided will be kept confidential until users accept a bid on their case.
In order to make a decision about an appropriate figure to bid on a case, solicitors will be able to view the information entered about the user’s requirements.
Once a bid is accepted, the contact details of both the solicitor and the user will be made mutually available to allow direct contact.
Follow these steps to bid on a case:
Until a bid has been accepted by the client, all communication must occur through the Question and Answer feature of the LawBid portal. Once a client has accepted your bid their personal contact information will be made available to you. You can view this by clicking into their case on your Solicitor dashboard.
You can upgrade your subscription in the Memberships tab of your Solicitor dashboard. Click on the subscription package you would like to upgrade to and you will receive an invoice via email.
Solicitors are required to provide certain information when registering to LawBid. The information provided is always checked alongside official regulatory databases to ensure that all registered solicitors are fully qualified and regulated.
